In Gaul a number of bishops, wishing to escape the difficulties of the paschal computation, seem to have assigned Easter to a fixed date of the Roman calendar, celebrating the death of Christ on 25 March, His Resurrection on 27 March (Marinus Dumiensis in P.L., LXXII, 47-51), since already in the third century 25 March was considered the day of the Crucifixion (Computus Pseudocyprianus, ed. Lersch, Chronologie, II, 61).
Well this is pretty much cool I guess, having a birthday on the day of resurrection of Christ The Savior. Awesome. Well anyway its a cool birthday, in a sense. Although today seemed like every other sunday, slacking and having coke and instant noodles for lunch, it just feels different. Why different, well because the atmosphere and birthday spirit is totally CJ style. One of the most coolest birthday ever considering how much my friends have given to me all these time. Cool card people!. And cool chocolate marshmallows.
Cake, candle, symbols of birthday. Usually a wish is made before blowing out of the flame on the candle/candles. Sometimes I don't know what to wish for, I mean I already gotten a lot, being surrounded by my loved ones and what more can a person ask for? Perhaps to be able to share his/her joy with others, or wish this could last forever. Thanks for the cake people. Although I got 2, I just ate 1 and gave the other to my parents, whom I will thank on their behalf for their share of the birthday cake.
It's pretty amazing that my parents have their birthdays falling on the same week as me. My Mom's at 23rd March, my Dad's at 26th of March and myself 27th March. So cool so usually we just celebrate our birthday collectively. Saves money too haha. Cheesecake...hmmm well I prefer blackforest cake with thick layers of chocolate all around it haha. Then gotta exercise to burn off those calories and fats. Well the week has been pretty uneventful, save for thursday night. Got Church with the gang and of course the cake at BK. Good Friday was boring slept a lot. And Saturday, just basically normal and today Sunday, also another normal day.
Older by 1 year. Man so not good. Sure booze has no restriction now but ya, responsibilty as a young adult. Its just all starting to sink in. Does aging mean you get less fun? Be less lame or more serious? Does the added wisdom change you a lot? I really hope not because its so not fun to grow up without appreciating all the things that have been with you through your life. Your old toys, your soveniours of childhood. Never forget who you once were, because there are a lot of people out that who prefers you the way you are. So yea don't worry people, 1 year older doesn't change me much, except perhaps being more fun. Its party time!
