Man I am so gaining weight its getting horrendous. Maybe its muscle. I don't know. Its just the huge jump in the scale is saying otherwise. Crap. Gotta cut down on fast food then. And drink less of the cookhouse syrup water. And maybe cut out the meat. Or carbo. I'm getting horizontally challenged liaoz. Crud.
Oh wells. Had a very nice session of Hide And Seek. Not very nice sounding but we're getting there. Considering its our first attempt. And I screwed up a lot. Freaking lots of high notes man. Crazy. Anyways. Gonna start keep track of my exercise regime and food consumption.
Week 2 of the program. Not so bad. Increase running distance to 3km now. Trying to target a timing of 15 mins and below. Best I've gotten is 15min20sec. And a nice muscle ache as well. Gotta be some other cardio exercise and fat burning stuff to do.
Oh wells. That's my target for this month. Probably lose about 2 kilos and run 3km under 15 mins. 1 sec is good enough. Then slowly I can work my way to getting silver for IPPT and 100 bucks. If things go well, maybe can get gold. Woohoo. Ultimately my target is to hit 55-58 kgs and 27/28 inch waistline. Gotta start working on it man. Get my goal. Then I will start on my finances then.
